FREE In-House Survey

The Fireplace Factory is always looking into new ways in which we can improve our customer service when customers are looking to purchase a fire, fireplace or stove and so we introduced our brand new FREE in-house surveys.

What is a FREE in-house survey?

When customers come into our showroom they either know exactly what they are looking for or they do not have a clue. Other fireplace suppliers would sell a fireplace to a customer without inspecting their home to see if it is suitable however, we don’t!

If you are within our catchment area then we will send out our qualified engineer to your home to take a look at where the fire is to be positioned, how it would be installed and then to identify any problems or considerations which need to be taken into account.

These in-house surveys are FREE and could save a lot of problems at installation stage with fireplaces that don’t fit or which the customer isn’t happy with. It is at this stage where any problems are identified and resolved so that following manufacture and on completion of the install our customers are pleased with the results.

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take around 20-30 minutes, if there are a number of fireplaces, fires or stoves which need to be installed then there may be a requirement for our qualified engineer to spend a bit longer at your property. They will however, work everything out, identify problems and be out of your way as soon as they have all the information they require.

What happens after my in-house survey?

Our engineer will then come back and file a report of his findings to us and then we will invite you into our showroom to discuss your options directly with you. Here is the time when you can ask us any questions which you may have. We will then show you a number of fireplaces, fires and stoves which would be suitable for you to then make your own decision.

If you do not see anything you like then not to worry because we also offer bespoke fireplaces to our customers which are completely customisable. In addition to this The Fireplace Factory are also a specialist marble fireplace manufacturer and all of our marble fireplaces are designed and manufactured in our very own factory.
