Did you know that The Fireplace Factory actually design and manufacture all of our fireplaces in our very own factory? This means that we can provide our customers with the choice of completely customising every aspect so they end up with a bespoke design.

We have a wide range of fireplaces available as part of our vast range but even with this in mind sometimes our customers like a certain design of one fireplace but would prefer another design feature of another fireplace which is why it is great to know that if you order your fireplace from us you can have a bespoke design.

One of our experienced members of staff will talk to you personally about your specific requirements and then if you are within our catchment area we will even send out engineer out to your home to carry out a free in-house survey so that we know exactly what you can and cannot have.

The Fireplace Factory is probably one of the only companies to offer this to customers within this area. What this means is that our engineer will address items such as flue/chimney type, flooring, sizes and where the fire would be positioned; this will avoid any ill-fitting fireplaces when it is designed, delivered and fitted.

Once you have identified to us about what it is your looking for and once our trained engineer has taken a look at your property which will take around 20 minutes we will invite you in and explain the options available.

Together we can then finalise the design for your bespoke fireplace! Once this has been completed we will then put your fireplace into production and they will start the manufacturing process. We employ highly skilled craftsmen who put real passion into their work.
